The location was perfect. It was close to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. The staff were so friendly. They helped us bring our bags up. There is also a restaurant downstairs. We ate there and the service was wonderful!

The room got very cold. It was hard for them to make it warm. I also noticed that the stairway to enter the building was very narrow. There is no elevator. I found it very challenging to get my luggage to my room.
